Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your MEBON purchase! If your order isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange, subject to the conditions below. Email all requests to info@mebon.com.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.
• All original tags must remain attached. Items returned without their original tags are not eligible for a return, refund, store credit, or exchange.
• Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt. Items that do not meet the eligibility requirements above will not be accepted.

Refund to Original Payment Method

If you choose to receive a refund to your original payment method:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
• A $10 restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund.
• Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, the remaining refund amount will be issued to your original payment method. 

Store Credit

If you choose to receive your refund as MEBON store credit:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
• No restocking fee will be charged.

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, store credit will be issued for the eligible merchandise value.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label for the item being exchanged.
• Items must meet all return eligibility requirements, including being new, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
• Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Sizing

To help you select the best size before ordering, individual garment measurements are provided in the product description for each style. Because fit and measurements may vary by garment, we strongly recommend reviewing the measurements listed on the specific product page before placing your order.

Please reference these measurements carefully when selecting your size to help avoid sizing issues and unnecessary returns or exchanges.
