Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your MEBON purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.
• Full-price merchandise is eligible for return.
• Final Sale items are not eligible for return and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid return shipping label can be purchased through our return portal, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund (or charged during the return process, if applicable).

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
